You can permanently delete your Steady Signals account and its associated data from inside the app:

You may also request deletion without access to the app. Email privacy@getsteadysignals.com from the email address associated with your account. Use the subject Steady Signals account deletion request and state that you want your account permanently deleted. We may ask you to verify your identity.

Account deletion removes your account, profile, recovery entries, check-ins, notes, breathwork activity, generated reflections, and other associated product data. Cloud access is disabled immediately, and deletion normally completes within minutes. Failed or incomplete deletion is investigated and completed within 30 days. Encrypted backups may remain for up to 90 days.
